A
landmark for the Börlind company, a big honor for Annemarie Lindner (Börlind). The legendary head of
the natural cosmetic manufacturer receives the prestigious "Victoires de la Beaute" Award in
Paris, adding unique honor to the occasion.
Her latest product, Naturesôme Effect Fluid, was given the "Cosmetic of
the Year" in the Day Care
category. It is the first time that the Börlind
company has
won the award. As Annemarie Lindner walked onto the stage on Monday evening in the Marigny Theater, a murmur
went through the crowd. Few of the 600 guests could believe the
pioneer of natural cosmetics, now almost 86 years old,
had come and that she looked so
youthful.
Even Elodie Gossium, Miss France 2001 and Ariel Wizman,
French TV Star, were amazed by Mrs. Lindner's appearance.
Mrs. Lindner gave thanks in her unique, modest and
gracious way,
then took the trophy straight back to Calw-Altburg, where she says it will
take its place next to the Natural Legacy Award, the American "Natural
Product Oscar", which she received in September 2005 in New York City.
Surveys
in France show that 84% of the women asked,
trust products that have won the "Victoires de
la Beaute" Award.
